This lot comes from the Gaylee block of Gesha Village, grown at around 1,911–2,001m, but instead of Gori Gesha or Gesha 1931, this one is Illubabor.
Processed as a Washed coffee, the cup puts clarity first — showing a very different side of Gesha Village from the highly floral Geisha lots the estate is best known for.
Bright pineapple leads the cup, followed by juicy grape sweetness and a soft violet-like floral character.
Clean, vibrant and a little unexpected.
