This lot comes from ALO Coffee, a producer with a serious competition record — including winning the 2021 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence.
Grown at over 2,100m in the Sidama highlands, this G1 lot is built around 74158 and naturally processed. The high elevation and slow cherry maturation create a cup with concentrated sweetness while retaining the floral, clean character we love in high-altitude Ethiopian coffees.
In the cup, sweet orange leads the way, followed by honeyed sweetness, ripe grape and a delicate plum-like finish. Floral, juicy and very sweet.

Filter papers
Explore our filter papers and watch how to prepare them for your next brew.
Made with high-grade Lyocell fibres, this filter delivers a cleaner, faster and more consistent extraction.
Lyocell’s naturally smooth surface reduces resistance in the water path, allowing brews to flow freely without clogging — even with finer grinds.
Its structured nano-fibre lattice traps micro-fines more precisely, resulting in a cup that is brighter, clearer and free from bitterness.
No additives, no bleaching agents — just a neutral, clean filter that lets the coffee speak.
Why we like it:
• Faster flow rate, less stalling
• Clearer, cleaner flavour
• Precise micro-fine retention
• Additive-free & odour-free
If the weather won’t bring the sunshine, we’ll put a sunflower in the cup.
The Lamastus family has been growing coffee in Panama since 1918, with four generations behind the estates. Elida sits in the highlands of Boquete, with around half of the farm located within the protected Volcán Barú National Park.
Vuelta 070326 brings soft honeydew sweetness, a sunflower-like floral character and a bright citrus edge. A little sunshine for your next brew.
