Brew Ratio: 1:17
Dripper: Relax Fruit
Filter Paper: Lyocell Nano Fast
1st Pour: 60ml bloom
2nd Pour: 90ml with controlled central agitation
3rd Pour: Pour to final yield
Ensure the slurry fully drains between each pour.
This coffee is roasted very lightly, so using a higher water temperature and increased agitation improves solubility, supports even extraction, and enhances clarity & sweetness.
