Description:
This coffee went through extensive experimentation involving washed Ethiopian beans, and micro-lots from high-altitude regions in Yunnan, as well as beans from Colombia and Myanmar. The first successful batch has been named "Lancang Jasmine," and the honey-processed version from the same lot won the YCE Honey Process Championship this year.

The experiments explored various scenting techniques, using different ratios of jasmine flowers, scenting durations, and drying temperatures.

"How expensive is jasmine?"
Hengzhou, the world's largest jasmine production area, sees bustling evening markets filled with traders. There's even a dedicated app for tracking real-time jasmine flower prices. Each round of scenting uses a fresh batch of jasmine flowers. During this experiment, jasmine prices reached a peak of 42 RMB for 500g, as different flower-to-coffee ratios were tested to refine the final product's flavor. The final grading was set by an expert scenting master, using tea standards, and the results were evaluated and calibrated by several Q-Graders.
